HR Department of One, managing all day-to-day HR operations and large-scale projects, including payroll, benefits administration and open enrollment, recruiting, training and development, legal/compliance, recognition and rewards, compensation management, HRIS selection, implementation, and management, employee relations, and employee engagement and retention. Accomplishments include the implementation of a comprehensive HRIS with HR, payroll, benefits, and time & attendance modules in one calendar quarter, the redesign of the company’s employee bonus structure, and the creation of the Employee Handbook.
