I have been teaching English as a second language to adults and teenagers from basic to advanced levels for over 20 years, both online and presentially. Having taught big groups as well as private students, I'm comfortable adopting and following a coursebook but rather have personalized classes, focusing on students' needs and providing a flexible set of teaching material, creating a fun and dynamic environment which I believe can engage as well as motivate students. I have also assisted many students in achieving high scores on English proficiency exams (IETLS / TOEFL / CAMBRIDGE). Teaching Business English in several multinational companies as well as preparing corporate students for meetings, lectures, job interviews, etc., have provided me with the experience and skills to venture into project management. Worked alongside BMS CAT and AMAZON on the emergency restoration of the Amazon Distribution Center affected by the floods in Nova Santa Rita - RS, BR Responsibilities included: - Overseeing daily operational and administrative activities - Ensuring the communication between American contractors and Brazilian employees/service providers - Setting up the workstation - Managing employees, contracts, budgets and supplies - Monitoring rentals, payments and deadlines - Creating and monitoring expense reports - Managing waste disposal transportation logistics
