Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success
Build processes that will help create structure and drive excellence and efficiency to help field teams accomplish more
Align team priorities and deliverables to the company’s overall strategic goals
Plan and manage the growth and development of your team members with KRAs and goal setting
