- Worked with the Demand Generation team to ensure all projects were executed on the given timeline from building Marketo and SFDC programs, collaborating on follow-up strategy for engaged leads, providing content for Sales cadence, and working with design in email, digital advertising and landing page imagery
- Manage all content, news release, webinar, roadshow, tradeshow, and conference email campaigns, including the overall Marketo program build, template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
- Grow our email list organically by utilizing digital advertising and bringing net new leads into top of the funnel nurture programs.
- Built and managed nurture programs through all stages of the funnel (top middle and late stage) to engage leads at each stage of the buying funnel. - Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- Built Behavioral and Demographic lead scoring models to ensure quality leads are passed to Sales.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
- Manage technical aspects of Marketo and Salesforce to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
