Jun. 2006 - Oct. 2012We helped leaders and managers understand their influence and affect on those around them using data from in-depth interviews with staff, colleagues and seniors. We helped a leader link the perceptions surrounding them to the actual behaviours that caused them, so that they had a focus for change if necessary, or an awareness of what works well and can be used for further impact. The culmination was a very dynamic, honest and intense conversation with the leader/manager at the end of the process - a conversation and feedback that many described as "life-changing", "a moment of truth", "one of the best development experiences".
