• Conceptualize four large-scale seasonal product campaigns per year and communicate asset needs to manager when planning - coordinate product photography between design and photo studios - plan logistics for on-location photoshoots with marketing and sales teams - pull inspiration for marketing assets, and model poses • Ensure that each seasonal campaign includes images appropriate for digital design needs.
• Mentor and manage the workflow of 1-2 seasonal graphic design interns.
• Assist in managing the workload of the Marketing Team and Assistant Graphic Designers - weekly touch-bases while remote on project workload - creative feedback on short and long-term projects
