Own and craft our online and offline marketing strategy to establish brand awareness, anchor our thought leadership in the industry and make marketing a key pilot of our growth
Craft the value proposition and messaging of the company for the different personas of our target audience by deeply familiarizing yourself with the construction materials industry and the problems the industry is facing.
Define the major offline and online marketing channels to help us reach our target audience in our target markets in a cost-efficient way. This means deeply familiarizing with all the available channels (industry events, trade organizations, magazines, website, SEM, SEA, email, etc..)
Define the activities for each channel and execute on the activities. This includes organizing/running exhibition and trade organization events all over North America, building marketing assets (website, flyers, articles, videos), setting up partnerships, running PR campaigns, …
Work closely with product, sales, and operations to ensure consistency of efforts in our fast-paced environment, participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Build-up network of experts, industry / press contacts and specialized service providers to efficiently manage channels, advertising, and content creation, through cold outreach or via referrals.
Define and continuously track the performance of all marketing activities (reach, leads, conversions, CAC)
