- Developed Technical Business Analysis documents for senior stakeholder approval,
- Prepared use cases, test case scenarios and test suites,
- Wrote test cases for functional, user acceptance, regression, performance and load tests,
- Resolved issues during integration and escalated serious issues as required,
- Liaised extensively with third parties, vendors, stakeholders and built strong relationships among ,GDS companies. My key achievements were, - Demonstrated resilience as one of only five System Analysts to complete OTI - HUB project,
- Worked on Business Analysis for International and Domestic Flights Projects,
- Acted as additional analyst for hotel domain project to build a web service gateway application managing all integrations with Flight, Hotel, Transfer, Low cost, Railway, Excursions, Insurance and Rent a Car GDS,
- Successfully documented all internal flows providing OTA (Open Travel Alliance) Standart XML SOAP, .NET, WCF Web Services to our internal and external B2B and B2C Clients; International Flight and Hotel modules were completed with success,
- Provided technical Business Analysis Documentation for International Flight GDS Integration of OTI HUB with Turkish Airlines, Bora, Sunexpress, Anadolu Jet and Atlas,
- Performed Functional, Regression, Performance and Load testing of International and Domestic Flight Integration,
- Acted as Technical Business Analyst for new Product Integration programme; one key project was completing Hotel Price Comparison and Analysis Portal. This portal compares prices of all HotelBeds, GTA, Miki and internal OTI Hotels according to market, country, city, region, hotel rating and room category; this is a web application which is used for decision support process in setting competitive mark-ups and commission rates for Incoming Hotel pool.
