Product Manager Responsibilities - AI & Music Personalization: Directed the development of advanced AI-driven solutions, including neural network graphs for recommendation algorithms, self-learning models like MERT, and automation tools for song tagging. - Real-Time Adaptation: Contributed to products like Brandtrack’s Smart Integrations, enabling real-time playlist adjustments based on live variables like occupancy and weather. - Strategic Rebranding: Helped redefine Brandtrack’s identity with a focus on its website as the first client-facing product, merging design, functionality, and commercial strategy. - Product Roadmap Ownership: Developed and maintained product roadmaps and product lifecycles, aligning internal and client-facing initiatives with strategic goals to address the main pain points. - UX & Usability: Collaborated closely with UX teams to create seamless user flows, enhancing usability and satisfaction. - Impact Through Data: Leveraged analytics and client feedback to drive improvements, contributing to a 100% NPS increase. Music Lead Responsibilities - Building from Scratch: Directed the curation and tagging of over 50,000 songs, building a robust music catalog foundational to Brandtrack’s AI and recommendation capabilities. - Dynamic Music Strategies: Implemented systems to adapt playlists dynamically, ensuring clients deliver the perfect atmosphere. - Catalog Scalability: Ensured a high-quality, diverse catalog that meets client needs and strengthens brand identity, making sure to develop scalable processes for catalog maintenance and management.
