• Promoted growth of the company by writing a best-selling book on market segmentation (Divide and Conquer: Targeting Customers Through Market Segmentation. John Wiley & Sons, NY) and extensive public speaking. Produced and directed $12.6 million worth of TV commercials with Karl Malone for Hardee’s.
• Provided creative direction for all communications. Responsibilities included project management, media planning, account planning, brand identity development, advertising and web design and development for The California Lottery, AT&T, Pepsico USA, Household Bank, First Interstate Bank, BankOne, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, KFC, Hardee’s, Denny’s, eTrade Group, Athearn, Turner Home Entertainment, The Walt Disney Co., Tenet HealthCorp, and DirecTV.
