GMATcard.com was a bank of about 800 original GMAT questions I created with a scoring algorithm accurate to the GMAT. This set of 8 tests was available online until I sold the content to a French company called PrepMyFuture and the scoring algorithm to a Californian Company called GMATgenius. During this time I trained students to ace the GMAT. I started this training when I was working for a constructing company in 2010 after I dropped out of my MBA at UNC, Chapel Hill. I moved to Dubai working for Jamboree Dubai as an Education Means Specialist in 2012-13. I also moved to Kochi visiting colleges talking about GMAT/GRE. I travelled across the United Arab Emirates, teaching in Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I also taught for Manhatten Elite Prep during this time.

-Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contract This company was part of the joint venture that built the Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world. The joint venture for MEP works was AED 890 million Dirhams (about $250 million). The time when my Project Director walked into our room and said something to the effect of "We got the Burj" , about getting the contract, is still vivid in my mind. This company was also involved in Dubai World Central, later called the Al Maktoum International AIrport in Dubai. My boss and I drove to the site a few times in 2006-07 when there were only portacabins there and desert.
