• Monitor, supervise and mentor the entire gamut of functions while working with the software, encompassing presales activity, product demonstration and online training. • Supervise product installation on remote computers (after development) and make it work real -time. • Ensure that technical training is provided to the user after product installation and trouble shoot /settle problems/queries resulting in customer delight. • Closely interact with the R&D team and raise a ticket in case of any bug in the program, which in turn resolves the problem. • Design documents, materials and processes to maximize application uptime and stability while working with the R&D to develop and manage product implementation plans with minimal customer impact.
