● Manage the pipeline to convert prospects into customers (including: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals, and providing ongoing account management to drive new business and revenue growth).
● Be the primary point of contact between clients (direct brand and category merchant in marketplace) and internal team (ops team) to ensure seamless communication and execution of both pre- and post-campaign activities.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
● Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
● Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services for existing clients.
● Resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring long-term relationships.
● Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients. ● Negotiate contracts and terms with prospective clients.
● Work closely with the ops team to align strategies and support business goals.
● Share insights from clients to improve the performance of the campaign or offerings. ● Help ensure smooth communication between the internal team and the client to deliver on business goals.
● Prepare detailed post-campaign reports and presentations to showcase results of the campaign
● Manage all administrative aspects of client relations, including agreements, insertion orders, and other documentation.
● Prepare regular reports for management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
