Solely customized, tested, deployed, implemented, and managed ongoing optimizations for Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS); worked cross-collaboratively with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and other internal stakeholders. Owned the internal company-wide rollout of Greenhouse (ATS); hosted and conducted training curriculum in partnership with our dedicated Senior Technical Account Manager. TMA's subject-matter expert, database administrator for Greenhouse ATS software application; oversee testing and implementation of any ATS integrations. Created, edited, and revised external communication based on audience, for automated external communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Oversee and manage third-party sourcing contractors and staffing relationships; managing req load, hours. Interacting with all levels of the organization, reporting directly to COO; Create and support the implementation of process improvements, optimize the use of existing and new processes, tools, and relationships to ensure the delivery of strong business impact and shareholder value. Point of contact for external vendors and team resources (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, My Ally). Created process and workflow for Employee Referral Program launch with new ATS; oversee reporting and program payout approvals. Created 2018 annual budget projections for Recruiting department. Manage and recruit for requisitions nationally for all levels in major (advertising) markets; New York, LA, Chicago, and Dallas. Communicate clear performance expectations to members of recruiting/talent acquisition team; Created, documented, and implemented Recruiter Onboarding Plan (new Recruiting Manager hired 10 employees in first 90 days). Part of a team that hired 100 people in Q3 2017 alone; half of 2016 total hires. Ongoing ally and resource to HR to launch Greenhouse Onboarding, continued partnership to optimize and improve.
