Mar. 2012 - May. 2015Louisville, KY* Responsible for instituting testing processes/procedures/best practices for user acceptance testing on a $2.1 million program to upgrade hardware and enhance the current incentive payment system (TrueComp from Callidus) that pays sales incentives to agents and internal sales associates following standards set up by the Enterprise Release Management group. * Managed/coordinated UAT testing releases using a combination of agile and waterfall development methodologies with an integrated testing strategy on a monthly schedule across multiple testing environments. * Worked across the Corporate Finance and Corporate Systems organizations to refine and improve testing processes for both SIT and UAT test phases. * Developed testing strategies, test plans, reviewed system and user acceptance test cases for completeness and approval. * Managed a team consisting of both onsite and offshore resources to create test scenarios, test cases, plan/create test data, test execution and defects resolution. * Managed defect resolution and worked with business and IT to facilitate workarounds, where appropriate. * Created audit, signoff and approval documentation in accordance with Humana’s internal audit standards.
* Reported status updates on testing progress at the program and executive levels. * Managed/coordinated the formulation, implementation and execution of a regression testing automation strategy/ framework for the project from a UAT/business perspective * Worked with IT & business testers to target regression test scenarios that were best candidates for automation. * Managed group of offshore QTP developers/testers to develop automation framework, create test scripts and create/implement testing automation process.
