• Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook.
• Performs benefits administration including enrollment meetings, claims resolution, change reporting, invoice approval, compliance testing and employee communications.
• Leads recruitment activities for all open positions.
• Conducts new-employee orientations.
• Performs employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
• Performs administrative recordkeeping.
• Maintains company organizational chart.
• Helping Finance for preparing employee compensation claims.
• Plans and coordinates company events and other employee appreciation activities.
• Coordinates employee newsletter.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Responsibilities as HR Assistant : • Assists with the recruitment and interview process that may include job postings, scheduling interviews, and follow up correspondence.
• Assists with new employee orientation including scheduling, preparing new hire items, paperwork and other items as requested.
• Maintains human resources records by creating new employee files, recoding new hires, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classification.
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports and records.
• Assists with year-end benefit renewal process and open enrollment.
• Coordinates vendor meetings.
• Performs payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
• Updates and maintains electronic benefit information available to employees.
• Typing, copying, scanning, filing, composing letters and other clerical functions.
• Administers the tuition reimbursement program, wedding and baby gifts, service awards, and charitable matching gift program.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
