Manage the workforce, ranging from recruitment to dismissal, optimizing human capital. Perform the strategic integration of new employees, preparing the necessary documentation and organizing the integration schedule. Plan and execute engagement and motivation actions, aligned with the annual endomarketing schedule. Prepare and propose the annual budget of the HR area, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Update and maintain the official channels of Internal Communication, promoting effective and transparent communication. Manage the electronic time and time bank system, maintaining the strict control of the working day. Monitor, analyze and present performance indicators of the HR areas, providing insights for strategic decisions. Keep the training and development plan up to date, implementing internal and external training as needs are identified. Generate information and check payroll, charges, benefits and other labor obligations, ensuring the accuracy of the data. Manage benefits management and vacation scheduling, aiming at the well-being of employees. Represent the company in labor matters, acting as a representative and defending organizational interests. Supervise and evaluate the performance of general service providers, such as concierge and cleaning, ensuring the quality of the services provided. Guide and monitor the activities of the HR assistant, promoting professional development and operational efficiency.
