Mar. 2014 - Feb. 2015* Responsible to scope and deliver a program of work related to industry engagement related to ERP as-a-service for Government. * Worked closely with major ERP providers like SAP and Oracle, as well as Microsoft and other ERP as-a-service providers to establish pre-qualified vendors for the program. * Liaised with key government, industry and agency stakeholders in order to define requirements, appropriate resource allocation, scope of systems, ensure appropriate education, communication and change. * Developed service offerings which leverage the NSW Government Standard Business Processes using ARIS, SAP SolMan, and other reporting technology, as well as providing procurement facilitation services, establishing a requirements framework and repository, an RFQ/RFI support service for government agencies, and a software assessment prototype to allow agencies to understand how solutions on shortlists compare to their own needs. * Developed a target operating model and transition plan to option the establishment of the CSSRP as on ongoing operational unit and centre of excellence for government. * Implementation of PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Materials Management) modules across all areas of government: transport, health, family services, and finance with plans to extend to others. * Provided consulting support and training for the development of business and process architectures in the NSW Government Business Process Standards and advising clients with various platforms across government, including SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Microsoft, Salesforce, and others. * Worked closely with the entire team to define and implement processes while embedding appropriate controls to ensure project risks and priorities are managed effectively. * Employed a combination of Microsoft Project using traditional waterfall methodology and the use of Microsoft Excel integrated with the project schedule to manage risks, issues and changes.
