Jan. 2006 - Jan. 2008Manage training and development initiatives for the field sales organization, customer service sales team, and sales leadership. Design, implement, and facilitate a variety of training and development initiatives in order to provide the most effective training and development solutions. Assist in the development and coordination of all sales training materials including CDs, web-based training, and videos. Determine and develop curriculum and content for the sales training program and lead training workshops at the corporate, national, and regional levels. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure their involvement, buy-in, and ownership.
Current initiatives include: Associate On-boarding Training, Home Healthcare Web-based training for Sales Associates and Pharmacists, National Mentoring Program, Business Coach Training Curriculum Plan, Web-based follow up certification for On-boarding, and Design team for national roll-out of SalesTRAC 2 Sales Force Automation tool.
