concepts. Managing the company establishment process and the preparation for PJS conversion.
· Setting the road map for the group to achieve its goals and commitments toward all

stakeholders. Approving Forty Fruity new management and marketing strategy. And
· Translate the new strategy to action plans for all related departments to achieve the
·
goals and objectives of the company. Negotiating new concepts acquisition
· Managing a strategic initiative Mazaraa Organic Products with ADOF,
· Starting new strategic initiative Al Ain Dairy and Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, to
·
develop new concept for products based on camel milk. Receiving reports from all departments and follow up the execution of the plans and
·
to take required actions/decisions. Hire, negotiate and approve contracts with third party professional entities and
·
consultants. Approve subsidiaries financial reports and negotiate facilities with banks.
