Dr. Laura Cyr is a first-generation student who grew up in Maine and has spent her life living and working in Portland, Lewiston-Auburn, Orono. She works at the as the State and Federal Legislative Liaison for the Maine Department of Education. This role includes acting as the agency rulemaking liaison and now the MIC3 Commissioner Designee.
