She connects the dots between business goals and employee behavior by bringing an ability to work at all levels in an organization and “meet people where they are.”
She’s led hundreds of teams and professionals through intensive skills programs and provided one-to-one coaching to high potential employees as well as executives. Based on her work in this area, she co-authored, “Sharpening Your Point,” to help professionals at all levels “bottom line” messages for great impact.
She was awarded the “Inspire” award from the Travelers for her work in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide performance management program and “Instructor of the Year” from the Center for Financial Training. Participants often praise her high energy, creative program design and ability to engage them in a meaningful way.
