I’m a program and strategy director at Utah Valley University, leading transformation and large-scale initiatives across our auxiliary enterprises and real estate portfolio. My work bridges strategy, operations, and development—helping UVU design systems, partnerships, and spaces that fuel innovation, financial sustainability, and community impact.
Currently, I manage strategic planning and execution across UVU’s auxiliary services (including dining, retail, printing, and continuing education) and serve as a project manager for real estate initiatives such as the 300-acre Vineyard Innovation District, the Wasatch Campus expansion, and the Oxford global campus partnership. These projects combine academic mission with economic development and public–private collaboration to create lasting value for students and communities.
Previously, I served as Project & Innovation District Manager for The Point, Utah’s flagship innovation district, where I led multi-stakeholder programs, capital project delivery, and ecosystem-building efforts to connect higher education, industry, and government. My experience spans strategic communications, investment and fund operations, regulatory compliance, and partnership development—always focused on aligning vision with measurable outcomes.
