Oversee digital HR team responsible for Workday Administration and key new HCM driven projects. This includes modernizing and optimizing business processes, automation, and maximizing Workday capabilities to enhance business operations.
Oversee the HR Shared Service Desk which includes direct over sight for the People Operations team, as well as being the project lead partnering with Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Business HR.
Initiated and overseeing continued progress in the transition from a task driven to a customer centric approach.
Lead the HR due diligence, onboarding and Integration for mergers and acquisitions
Partner with Business Leaders to ensure successful outcomes in their business and achievement of EBITDA targets.
