Recently, I assisted with preparing Virtual IT Group for a strategic rebrand following purchase by a US investor, repositioning the firm to lead the cybersecurity market for SMBs. I delivered a full communications suite—including value proposition development, product catalogue repositioning, website copy, PR and tone of voice guides, and a 2025 sales-aligned content plan.
I also partnered with renewable energy firm Graphite Energy, delivering PR to support its lobbying efforts for government funding.
Previously, at the commercial property firm Colliers, I established a new national thought leadership function to reposition senior spokespeople as market advisors across service lines including office, industrial, hotels, retail, residential and engineering and design. This resulted in a significant uplift in top-tier media coverage, including The AFR, The Australian, and Sky News, with content that cut through negative market sentiment and secured front-page and broadcast exposure.
For property professional services' firm Urbis, I led the launch of its Future State Division and developed House View, a national thought leadership and sector outlook series. These campaigns helped position Urbis as a forward-thinking, insights-driven advisory business.
At Government Property NSW, I managed communications on sensitive housing divestments, including the Sirius building and Millers Point. I developed strategies and media responses to maintain transparency and manage public scrutiny.
With the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), I authored a report on business process flaws underpinning corruption, which was later used in public hearings for Operation Sonet.
