Andrew R. Sherman is a dedicated public servant and visionary leader who has spent over a decade in law enforcement and proudly served in the United States Air Force Reserves. Drawing from a deep commitment to those who serve and protect, he founded Operation Heroes Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built to honor, support, and uplift military personnel, first responders, medical professionals, federal law enforcement, corrections officers, dispatchers, and their families.
As President and CEO, Mr. Sherman leads the organization with passion and purpose, spearheading initiatives that provide vital assistance during times of crisis, trauma, and hardship. Under his leadership, Operation Heroes Corporation delivers essential services such as emergency housing and food assistance, disaster relief, mental and physical health support, and programs aimed at safeguarding children.
His vision includes expanding services nationwide, establishing a permanent headquarters in Pennsylvania, and building comprehensive support facilities that serve as lifelines for America’s everyday heroes. Andrew also launched innovative programs like the Operation 300 Club and Tabs for Heroes fundraiser to engage the community and increase impact.
