Greetings! I’m Dr. Carol Hedgspeth, Founder and Lead Coach at The Brilliance Lab. My goal is to support individuals, teams, and organizations in taking their leadership skills to the next level.
In my career spanning over 3 decades, which started in academia and continued to and through small and large nonprofit organizations, I’ve had the honor of supporting leaders and change makers across fields. Along the way, I’ve seen just how much brilliance exists — especially among women of color — in organizations, and also how often that brilliance is overlooked, undervalued, or underestimated.
At The Brilliance Lab, our goal is to coach and support leaders at early-and mid-career as they navigate their way through career transitions, changing landscapes in their fields, and common leadership challenges of the professional world.
