Measurement & Reporting: I'm dedicated to tracking project completion timelines and ensuring client satisfaction standards are met, providing comprehensive reporting as necessary.
CRM Ops/Management/Organizing: Within our CRM systems (GlassHive and HubSpot), I conduct employee training, manage contacts, and oversee the creation of landing pages, among other tasks crucial to our operations.
Social Media Management: I orchestrate our social media presence, ensuring the timely scheduling of crafted content by our talented copywriters and fostering community engagement across platforms.
