I Started my Taxable career as a cook in my teen years then served in the Army for 8 years. 4 years the Infantry and 4 as a Drill Sargent. I went to combat for 14 months from 06 to 07. After the Army I went to collage where I met my wife Lu and got my Associates Degree in Arts and Science while working for Macys in their loss prevention department. Then had a few odd jobs - worked at a goldsmithing shop polishing jewelry and worked my way up to the quality control room where nothing left the shop without my initials. At the same time I got a second job working parttime at Kay Jewelers in the mall, since I had an abundance of knowledge in the jewelry field, where I developed excellent customer service and sales skills. Also, at that time, I was picking up side jobs landscaping. This led me to starting my own landscaping company that I owned and operated for 2 years hiring employees and scaling up to large jobs. Becoming tired of keeping track of clients and paperwork, a suggestion to join the carpenters union led me to that path where I worked for BNBuilders for 6 years. I started as an apprentice with them working up to a Forman position. When work slowed down I took a voluntary layoff to work for my family in Chicago as a Project Manager hiring and overseeing the renovation of a 10 unit building constructed in 1924. After completing that I went back to BNBuilders as a carpenter. 2 weeks into my reemployment I was in an ATV accident where I broke my left leg in 4 places leading me here, trying to find a way to make money from home.
Admittedly I am not the most Tech savvy person but if you were to ask my wife and three children about me they would tell you that I am a self starter, self-sufficient, detail oriented, honest, hard working employee.
