He is Executive Chairman of HiTo Servicing, one of Mexico’s leading independent Master Servicers, overseeing portfolios exceeding MXN 500 billion across mortgages, auto loans, SMEs, consumer credit, and other asset classes, with top-tier ratings from Fitch and HR Ratings.
Throughout his career, Alejandro has played a pioneering role in Mexico’s housing-finance and credit markets. He founded and developed key platforms such as Genworth Mexico’s mortgage credit insurance business, helped shape the student-lending sector as CEO of FINAE, and led strategic partnerships and product innovation at CPP Group Mexico, particularly in identity theft prevention and cyber insurance for banking institutions.
He has extensive experience structuring securitizations, CLO-linked vehicles, master trust programs, and cross-border structured-credit platforms, working closely with banks, SOFOMES, rating agencies, fiduciaries, regulators, and institutional investors including AFORES.
