With over 18 years of experience in Learning & Development, I’ve led high-impact training initiatives across government, higher education, and Fortune 500 environments. As a tri-lingual strategist fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, I bring a global lens to adult learning, workforce transformation, and digital training solutions.
Currently based in NYC, I recently served as a Learning & Development Manager at Deloitte, where I:
- Secured a $2B federal contract as a key proposal lead (100% win rate)
- Created 500+ accessible slides in 3 weeks for a major curriculum rollout
- Revamped a struggling project into a $7M win by redesigning training videos and delivery strategy
Known as the “Client Whisperer,” I’m passionate about designing learning that earns trust, drives behavior change, and meets the moment, whether scaling teams from 3 to 30 or implementing human-centered automation like chatbots and LMS improvements that reduce delivery time from months to days.
I’m currently pursuing my M.A. in Cognitive Science in Education at Columbia University to deepen the science behind how people learn and how organizations grow.
