I have always loved doing more with less. I excel at finding ways for a support team to have a huge impact. My most recent example: I started as the first (and only) full-time product support employee supporting a team of 100; I instituted procedures and built tools to manage support requests, created analytics to meet and measure aggressive SLAs, grew my team — and by the time I left, we were providing 24/7 support to a user base of over 1000.
