Jodie Brough has over 20 years' experience in Customer Service, Music Promotion, and PR.
During her extensive career in Customer Service, she has worked across many industries including Insurance, Travel and Tech. Her passion and drive for exemplary customer satisfaction has resulted in consistent high achievement and positive CSAT results.
Whilst working with Attraction Tickets.com, Jodie was solely responsible for managing the live chat platform. A medium that she is highly passionate about, as this is incredibly important in making customer service accessible for all.
Alongside this, Jodie has worked in Music PR and is highly skilled at working on release campaigns, writing press releases and pitching to Press and Radio. She has been highly successful in this and her artists have been played on BBC Radio 1, Kerrang! and a multitude of ILRs worldwide.
