Thomas Ryan-Lawrence earned his degree, with honors, from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business in 2003 and has built a dynamic career spanning over two decades. As a serial entrepreneur, he has launched three for-profit companies and one nonprofit organization, all with a commitment to creating positive and lasting impacts in the communities they serve.
Today, Thomas leverages the lessons learned through those ventures to focus on consulting, with deep expertise in human resources and operational strategy for companies of all sizes. He is currently pursuing his Master in the Study of Law with an emphasis in Business Law and Labor Relations from the University of Georgia.
Dedicated to community service, Thomas spent six years as a Board Member of Wesley International Academy, a K–8 charter school in the Atlanta Public School System. He actively supports diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council at a private Montessori prep school in Atlanta and has contributed to the Inclusion and Equity Task Force for Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
On the personal side, Thomas married his husband, Chris, in 2012, and they are proud parents to their son, Noah, born in 2014. Their family, along with their black lab, Bowie, calls Grant Park home.More...
