Nov. 2020 - Feb. 2024● Created groundwork for the Los Angeles Music Academy, a new community music program servicing Pasadena and beyond. Ages 12 and up - providing private lessons, classes, and ensembles. ● Managed 2+2 programs at LACM. Acted as liaison between LACM and partner institution. Planned special program visits and counseled students through the admissions process. ● Managed admissions travel schedule including budgeting and choosing areas of high enrollment volume to focus on recruitment both domestic and international. ● Built and strengthened relationships with music educators on a national scale providing virtual programming and on campus clinics for their students. ● Managed an intern and Co-Managed an admissions team of three admissions counselors, one admissions processor with the marketing director. ● Directed LACM Faculty, Staff, and College Student Workers (A team of about 50 total) to deliver creative, custom, and relevant curriculum connecting students to the music industry. ● Managed auditions, placed students into specific ensembles, processed enrollment fees, housing fees, and add on fees. ● Managed recording schedules, instrument stage arrangements, managed run of show, and dress rehearsals weekly for Showcases. Worked closely with event and live performance crews. ● Managed housing and shuttles along with after-camp activities ● Managed food for students and staff during the three week camp.
