Aug. 2016 - Feb. 2023As a Transformation expert I’ve worked with several international clients, helping them to restructure the IT and the digital product departments. I was responsible for organizational designs with groups of up to 350 people and 5 management levels. Going from operation level up to juniors director level.
activities: Organizacional design, Teams distribution, Roles & Responsibilities definition, Coordination and Strategic level governance, etc. I’ve coached and mentored several middle managers to develop high performance teams by adopting characteristics like full-time dedication, self-organization and purposed drivenness.
I’ve taught practices to build trust among the pars and the managers. By generate visibility to higher levels of the organisation and orientation to the teams. Creating a culture of result driven persons with high autonomy by using techniques such as: Purpose Driven Teams, Delegation Poker, Constraints definitions and others. As an Agile Expert I’ve worked with several different teams in different industries of some of our clients. I have helped them to improve their workflow, their coordinations and the products development strategy by incorporating agile practices.
activities: product vision definition, personas design, roadmap elaboration, planning session, backlog management, retrospective, metrics adoption, kanban and scrum boards, visual management, jira flow configuration, DevOps and etc. As a trainer I give Scrum, Kanban and Management 3.0 classes all over the world.
I ran online and in-persons workshops with up-to 150 people. In my workshops I use practices based on Andragogy to engage the participants and also to enhance the content by using collective intelligence.
