Jun. 2013 - Apr. 2015Huntsville, Alabama AreaIt was my responsibility to make sure Curse users got the assistance they were seeking with fast response times and quick resolutions because gamers, especially, want to find a fix and move on! We were a team of two, plus a contractor who lived away from the Huntsville office. I was responsible for training new hires in our department for customer and tech support along with billing. I was able to document the first training manuals for the support department at Curse and continued to follow the trends of the customer and tech support world within the gaming industry. I was trained in Zendesk proficiently; apart of the Zendesk Benchmark community with the following training courses completed: Admin Essentials, Admin Expert and Support Analytics Masterclass. I was also the billing expert for Curse (Curse Premium) - so I am proficient with Paypal, Vindicia and handling dispute cases. Curse CS averaged at a 95% satisfaction rating, with ~2500 monthly tickets and a ~10 hour response time. Having around-the-clock support was our next task that we hope to accomplish this year. Which would allow us to get an even faster response time out to our users.

I was one of the first women to ever serve in real-life combat Infantry mission while deployed from May '07 to July '08. I was trained by the Asymmetrical Warfare Group and completed their required training to be apart of the Infantry mission along with one other female battle buddy. I lost two very close friends to me, along with several acquaintances while deployed and following the deployment. Having PTSD and other mental disabilities years after my service has impacted me greatly, but if veteran's keep quiet about their sacrifices then no one will realize what's happening. It's time we raise the awareness that's deserved for veterans across the globe. This is something I believe in greatly and would love to talk to others who feel the same way or wish to know more.
