- Manage, develop and control the activities to achieve monthly sales target, KPIs and market share
- Reporting to top level management weekly and monthly progress
- Train, assign, schedule, coach and council employees
- Recruit, select, hire, onboard and train candidates
- Preparing monthly pay-roll
- Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
- Contribute with operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits;
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace
- Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
- Work closely with management team to implement policies and procedures, and follow-up to implementation
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Support employees communication with the management team
- Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best
- Identifying potential problems, to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation
