- Leadership and development for achieving action plans.
- Leadership and client support throughout the entire cycle (by brand).
- Ability to work with people from different departments within the company to successfully execute projects (creativity, audiovisual, editorial, social media)
- Ensure that deliverables (strategies, content, reports, photo sessions and results) follow internal processes, meet established timelines, and are reviewed/approved prior to delivery to the client.
- Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external meetings.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload and projects.
- Flexibility in response to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.
- Tracking the status of requests and deliverables.
- Development of timelines for each client and project.
- Creation of agendas, attendance at calls, and recording and publishing meeting notes (by brand).
- Look efficiencies in how the team works and how deliverables are shared/coordinated among the entire team.
- Work to reaching the KPIs proposed month by month. Accounts in charge: REP / GRAY Colombia; Ramo, Estéreopicnic with Ramo (as one of the sponsors), Crema de leche Alquería and Maní La Especial, Milo Colombia, Bimbo Colombia, Prabyc Ingenieros, IAB Colombia.
