•Managed 27 partnerships with global partners in 14 countries, from strategy, inception, to implementation.
•Raised $4M in fundraising from local and global corporate sponsors and donors.
•Managed 12 high-level in-person and four virtual events with +10,000 audience members.

•Organized eight large events in Doha, including leading action plans for events, promotions, and logistical operations.
•Managed four part-time staff members to implement work plans, approve budgetary decisions and monitor performance. In addition, I coordinated the relationship between the organization and multiple consultants.
•Developed an educational program with 25 resources for cross- organizational content development following K-12 and IB standards.
•Developed a monitoring and evaluation strategy to observe organizational performance through quantitative and qualitative methods like a monthly student focus group, event- specific surveys, and audience surveys.
