• Acting as Scrum Master for teams and introducing the Agile mindset • Conducting sprints, daily stand-up meetings and other ceremonies along with brainstorming sessions in order empower team members and to encourage new ideas. • Helping teams focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Common Definition of Done
• Identifying, managing and assessing risks and impediments which might impact the success of the product delivery
• Researching and integrating work management software in company’s workflows (ex. Trello, Jira, Confluence) to facilitate the teams’ work.
• Working with different teams to achieve the company’s goals (suppliers, warehouse, outreach, customer care, designers, IT teams, accountants, collaborators, etc)
• Exploring new technologies and sale funnels that can improve revenue such as Amazon, Walmart, Customer Loyalty Programs, SMS marketing and integrating these programs & technologies with the IT team.
• Continuously engaging change requests on proprietary software in order to adapt to emerging customer needs. • Co-planning of annual budgets, operational standards and strategic business goals.
• Auditing and analyzing revenue targets, operational processes and expense controls.
• Oversee advertising management and allocating the budget based on analytics reports.
• Closely working with team members & management on implementing new plans and policies
• Managing regulatory compliance for products.
