- Acted as a receptionist, greeting visitors and clients, as well as answering and triaging the phone lines.
- Created and managed files for personnel, clients, and volunteers.
- Recruited and processed new hires, including completion of background checks.
- Managed building needs such as fire safety inspections, elevator inspections, and coordinating general repairs, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Coordinated board meetings, created board packets, and took minutes as needed.
- Managed Windows 2000/NT Network Server.
- Trained staff in IS/IT topics as needed.
