Dealt directly with top managers from Fortune 500 companies (Citi Bank, Scotia Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, UBS, Microsoft, Govt of Canada).
Sourcing tools include Internet mining (i.e., Job bank, Monster.ca, Hiredesk.net, Workopolis.com etc.), user groups, networking and employee referrals. Actively marketing qualified candidates and placing them with IT companies.
Have been able to source extremely talented candidates under high pressure and short durations to meet the client requirements.
Organized mass hiring on short notice to respond to production increases and new projects. Maintained and delivered all processes for orientation. Updated & maintained monthly/annual HR Reports for Management.
