As the former Technical Lead of Research and Development for my company, I leveraged my skills over a three-year period to transform our technological infrastructure. I successfully implemented deployment pipelines (GitLab CI + Kubernetes) and monitoring systems (OpenTelemetry, Grafana) to optimize operational efficiency. The company's programming expertise expanded with new languages such as Go and Rust, and additional technologies were adopted to simplify workflows (e.g., implementing a Matrix server to facilitate inter-communications, setting up a Wiki.js server to create a shared knowledge base, and implementing SSO through a Keycloak instance). Currently, I’m leading an exciting project in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA), guiding cutting-edge R&D efforts in the Oil, Energy, and Environment fields.
