• Lead the healthy workplace initiative among the first in GE and lead/strongly supported the GE Volunteers activities and Woman Network group
• Maintained a continuous improvement culture for operational excellence (for ex. double digit productivity YOY cut cost to 1/3rd in 10 years)
• Tripled the size of the operations by identification and execution of strategic growth projects
• Lead team to achieve several awards from within and outside of GE
