– Maintaining all (or nearly all) open roles in the company, namely: creating a search strategy, setting up a passive search, initiating an active search, searching/negotiating with candidates, following them through the entire hiring cycle (from intake to offer), tracking the pipelines of all vacancies
– Assisting with new applications, clarifying requirements, overseeing new roles, prioritizing
– Assisting in writing internal recruiting policies and drafting individual job descriptions (if needed)
– Market research, market conditions, other company/global situation monitoring, trends, etc.
-Researching and testing new ways to attract candidates/sources of sourcing candidates and tracking their effectiveness
– Drawing up reports on recruiting results, compiling candidate funnel-participating in HR processes
– Maintaining an internal ATS system and supervising that it is in order, all candidates are inserted and not forgotten
– Conducting technical screenings with candidates before assigning them to technical interviews
– Preparatory preparation and start of onboarding procedure (arrange with the candidate a release date, approve and send the offer, get confirmation, pass all necessary information to HR to start onboarding the person)
