May. 2022Virginia, United StatesIn this position I established and led Unissant Innovation Center and Advanced Technology group, related to advanced machine learning, using Generative AI, Quantum AI-ML, DevSecOps Automation, and Infrastructure Automation. I conceptualized and built the Unissant Integrated Data Framework (iDF) that manages the data lifecycle at BigData scales and provides advanced data analytics and AI-ML capabilities withing personal data workspaces on the platform. I created domain and policy driven data dissemination for cross domain data collaboration, within and across organizations. I developed and implemented policy/attribute-based control structures for data access on the iDF as foundation for Zero Trust data security and governance policy execution. Designed platform to analyze both structured and unstructured data sets and allow for easy data search and navigation. I led system architecture design and implementation, utilizing open source technologies. My contributions included: • Created designs for the BigData platform that resulted in the sale of OpenOsmium to Day1Solutions and later the sale of Day1Solutions to Deloitte Consulting. • ·Developed means to leverage Hadoop suite of tools running on AWS for advance data analytics at BigData scale. • Developed the Enterprise Search Engine using Lucene/Solr to facilitate guided navigation. • Built Business Intelligence Platform to visualize the analyzed data sets and a web-based enterprise application to provide users means to search and navigate large structured and unstructured datasets. • Processed and analyzed 40M+ US Patent Pages, from the year 1976 to 1999. • Led projects, including those for 1) Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) – Automated DevSecOps, gaining more than 70% efficiency in production deployment cycles; 2) Xerox - Designed an Alfresco CMS solution, upgrading existing traffic violation and citation processing system and migrating it to the Alfresco content management system, enabling processing of over data generated at the rate of 1TB/day.
