I am Valentina Denić, an embedded software engineer with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering results on time. With a strong foundation in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Belgrade, I have honed my skills in programming languages such as C, C++, assembly, and Python. My expertise extends to working with microcontrollers like STM32 and NXP, and developing firmware for a variety of applications including RISC-V based chips, ethernet switches, and GSM modules. I am experienced in using development environments like MCUXpresso, STM32 CubeIDE, and Visual Studio, and have a robust understanding of digital design and system verification using tools like Verilog, Vivado IDE, and OpenOCD. My work involves extensive use of communication protocols such as USART, SPI, CAN bus, and I2C, and I am proficient in both bare metal applications and FreeRTOS. Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, I remain dedicated to personal and professional growth. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others, always striving to make a positive impact. My projects often bridge the gap between hardware and software, demonstrating my versatility and depth of knowledge in embedded systems. In addition to my technical skills, I am also fluent in Serbian and have an intermediate proficiency in English.
