Aug. 2011 - Nov. 2012Auckland Head OfficeChange Lead for Policy Administration Replacement System (PARS) Project This was a $20M project for Lumley and Tracy’s was tasked with management and delivery of various change activities to support the successful implementation of the new system Key Responsibilities:
The planning, development and execution of the PARS Change Management Strategy and Plan Management of the project communications
Change impact assessment work and detailed analysis of role impacts
Design, development & implementation of appropriate training approach and detailed plan of training activity associated with PARS implementation.
Training delivery- 240 people trained and educated over 10 week period, following system ‘go live’ dates
Regular dialogue and updates with PARS Programme Manager, stakeholders and sponsors, including regular steering group presentations
Measurement of engagement levels throughout the project lifecycle and recommendation of actions to mitigate any issues or risks Risk & Issues monitoring & management
Weekly reporting of time, progress, issues and risks to PARS Programme Manager Provision of relevant change management frameworks, tools, training and education to assist in the deployment of more robust change approach for PARS Management of the User Acceptance Testing(UAT) approach for PARS, including the preparation of those involved in UAT Communication of a policy migration approach and reporting mechanism to ensure full visibility to programme and business on achievement of migration milestones Management of post implementation support to the business and the development of a transition plan to Business as usual(BAU )
