Luncheons and Seminars multiple quarterly seminars held at different restaurant venues as information and prospecting meetings for financial advisors. Client Associate providing administrative support for three financial advisors. Duties include phone calls, client requests and maintenance, and daily branch work flow. Also customer service, typing, filing, answering phones, opening new accounts, account maintenance, and issuing checks. Keeping informed and educated on all policy and guidelines put in place by the headquarters as well as the Federal governing bodies. Communications Coordinator for a retirement planning team that consists of two financial planners, handling PowerPoint presentations, signage, potential client correspondence, database maintenance, and mailings.
